Service Description

Our wedding cake design consultations are a great option for couples who have already booked there cake or saved the date with us but still aren't quite sure what they want. We are delighted to welcome you and your partner in to our studio to discuss the details of your wedding cake with Natasha our Head Cake Designer. Your consult is complementary with a full credit towards your wedding cake order (Cake must reach a minimum of $350.00 for credit to be applied). Wedding cake design consultations are STRICTLY for couples who have booked in their wedding cake with either a 30% non refundable deposit or a $200.00 save the date deposit, deductible off the order total securing their wedding date. If you haven't secured a booking and are wanting to sample our cakes or obtain a quote we suggest you submit a Quote request form via our CONTACT US page and order a Taster Box. TIPS - Wedding cake design consultations are best booked between 6 - 2 months before your wedding date. - Bring along any and all inspiration to your consult. This includes but is not limited to your wedding colours, theme, styling, florals, décor or any cake designs you might have for inspiration. - Due to space restrictions consultations are strictly limited to 2 persons only. - Please be aware design consultations DO NOT include cake tasting, if you wish to sample our cake flavours we recommend booking a Taster box that can be collected at your consult and taken away to enjoy at your leisure. NOTE - any design consultations booked without a confirmed order of a 30% non-refundable deposit or $200.00 save the date deposit will be automatically cancelled and refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Please ensure you have reached out and checked we are available for your event date prior to booking as Cancellations are non-refundable. Consultations and Tasting appointments to reschedule your appointment please email enquiries@simplydivineoccasions.com.au no later than 48 hours prior to your booking.
