DESSERT TABLES

WHAT DESSERT CHOICES DO YOU OFFER AND DO YOU CATER TO INTOLERANCES?

Looking for something that is not on our menu? Don't hesitate to ask if we can create this for you, we're happy to discuss alternate options and whether they are within our capabilities. 

We have a selection of desserts and treats that can be catered to Gluten free and/ or vegan, don't forget to ask us what these are.

HOW MUCH SHOULD I SPEND ON MY DESSERT TABLE AND HOW MANY OF EACH ITEM DO I ORDER?

We've made it easy with our package options catering for 25 to 100+ guests, simply choose a size to suit your occasion. Our packages provide your guests with 3 to 4 desserts each, with your choice of 6 to 10 different dessert choices depending on the package chosen. Our pre-designed package sizes don't suit the number of guests you need to cater to, no problem! Simply mix and match packages to achieve the desired catering size.  

DO YOU STYLE AND SET THE TABLE FOR ME? 

We have a small range of cake stands, platters and boards to hire and if required we can supply a white wooden trestle table .

Our hire, set up and styling fee is $300, this includes the following  services :-

  • Use of our hire items

  • Dessert tags designed and printed by our stationer Elliefont Boutique Stationery (additional stationary available, extra charges apply) 

  • Liaison with outside vendors, venue staff and your florist where required

Delivery is an additional fee, please let us know your event location and we can quote this for you.

I WOULD LIKE TO DISPLAY ALL DESSERTS DURING THE EVENT, WILL THAT BE POSSIBLE AND HOW DO I STOP MY GUESTS FROM PREMATURELY EATING THEM? 

Depending on the timeline most dessert items are able to be displayed for the duration of your event. Some of our dessert items require refrigeration for food safety. If your venue does not have refrigeration facilities we do not recommend ordering these items.
If you are concerned your guests may be tempted by your delicious sweet treats, we can pop a small sign on your table. Something along the lines of ‘The dessert table will be open after cake cutting’ is most effective.

IS THERE ANYTHING I SHOULD TELL MY VENUE OR OTHER VENDORS?

You should always check with your venue and ensure they allow outside vendor catering. We do not provide plates or forks, this should be arranged with your venue or caterers. This may incur an additional plating charge, so it’s always best to check ahead of time.

Flowers add a lovely touch to your display. We recommend letting your florist know that you are planning on having a dessert table. We're more than happy to liaison with your florist to organise what additional flowers may be required for the dessert table.

CAN I JUST ORDER THE DESSERTS AND SET THE TABLE MYSELF?

Of course! You can order your items from the menu and have them delivered to your venue or collected prior to the event.

IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE?

Yes. Delivery is charged depending on the location of your venue. Please let us know the venue address and we can quote this for you.
